I visited your store on the 16/09/2020 at 12h15pm to make copies ,scan and email, however my mail did not arrive. I am so disappointed because these copies were urgent. At the time of sending this message , I wrote three emails to the company and I have not had a response. Disappointing indeed.

Mariska is extremely friendly and professional, I phoned her so many times and not once did she make me feel like I was being a pain even though I was. The final product was amazing. Thank you so much.

Totally disappointed in the service.. I had mouse pads and coasters made but when I went to fetch it, it was blurry and not even centered.. The original proof that I signed was clear and the colours were black background and the colours on the pads were grey... The mouse pads were not printed as a sticker on it and the colour was totally faded into the grey background.. I did not take it and asked for a refund which will only appear in my account after 7 days??? So disappointed I will never refer anyone!!! Totally NOT unfair as I approved my print with BLACK background and my pdf format was not blurry at all. The prints are not even center!!! I should have paid only when collected as I dont have time to go to my bank, my money went into your account straight away!!! Please be advised to actually have the correct signed print in future for clients as you might have more complaints!!

At first when we started doing business with them they were excellent. Recently I had a canvas made there, firstly the size was completely wrong, secondly I was told that I will be updated on the progress of it, which I was NOT, I had to phone them multiple times regarding this.The canvas was not ready in time. Afterwards i arranged to have the new one made according to what was ordered. The designer did not fulfill her promises regarding the replacement that she promised me, and I was told that she had no idea what I'm talking about. It was very disappointing and very poor service.
