I had serviced by everywhere wireless for over 3 years and I had a very good service where I live. The customer service is A+++++. Comcast and AT&T are NOT compatible to Everywhere wireless. This company is awesome.

Blake should get a medal for his cheerful and professional attitude, and patience. We were on the phone for an hour - my computer kept freezing up - but Blake did not give up until he made sure it was all sorted. Great job.

John K was fine but the telephone he was using was awful! Extremely irritating not being able to understand what he was saying and having to ask him countless times to repeat himself. He needs a new phone!!

Larney made sure I had one of my own computers up and running before he left. He had to do more complicated wiring than I had expected would be necessary. Knew exactly what he was doing and explained to me everything I need to know and anwered several questions other question i had.

Switched yesterday after spotty service and awful speeds with RCN. Mitch was super helpful over the phone in telling me what router to buy, sending me an additional email for product information, and then being on the phone with me to set up my router to maximize my WiFi speed. Mitch made the transition fast, easy, and pleasant. This is both the best internet customer service and tech support I ve ever received. Thanks, Mitch!

Excellent Customer service. I've had a few issue with connectivity in my building and after spending time with the IT professionals they were able to diagnose the issue immediately. Prices are very competitive with the big guys (at&t, Comcast) but with 1000% times better customer service.

We have a had a terrible time looking for a good Internet provider. We also had limited options due to our building's wiring. We tried AT&T but they could only give us super slow speeds. I finally asked a neighbor what they were using---and that's how I found about Everywhere Wireless! They were super helpful and nice and assured us that they could help us. Larney came out to connect us to their Internet and he was very very helpful, kind, and was able to explain everything to me. Finally i have high speed internet for our condo. The company does very well in customer service. I have 500mb download and up speed with the company. 1)The field installer Larney was very kind and very help in letting me know my brand new router does not work. I had to get a new router orbi from costco ; Larney did a great job and also clean up the work area in your home and does have shoe cover per request for inside your place. 2)Now as for tech service over the phone. Issac, and nelson does great job over the phone to walk me through my new router. They are open 7 days a week really care to make sure the internet is up and running. last part, if you have any old computer or laptop. or just old equipment. You internet download speed will be limited to how old your stuff. its not the internet company; also if you have a old router spend the money to get a new one. It makes the different and save you the headache. I have a desktop, laptop, amazon firestick , steaming box, Amazon kindle . 2 cell phone, xbox, ipad air 2.

Great experience with Everywhere Wireless so far. Had an issue with my initial set up but they sent out a technician, Larney, immediately to help out. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also helped optimize my wireless router.

Just had my new Everywhere Wireless installed, Alex was fantastic. He was on time, explained everything and was fast. This is the easiest installation I have ever had for any service. I will recommend this service to all my neighbors and friends.

Everywhere wireless has been awesome! We had our install last week after discovering our building didn't have high speed internet- but they were able to get us hundreds more mbps down than anywhere else! The installation technicians were very personable, fast, and knowledgeable (thanks Hector and Sean). Definitely recommend this place, the customer service is awesome and the actual service backs it up! Haven't had a single problem- coming from Spectrum/Time Warner this place is like a breath of fresh air and stable internet. Plus no data cap- unlike almost every corporate internet service around here!! If you want hassle-free high speed internet from a company that still has a soul, look no further.

I did not realize that a company could have less than a ZERO customer service but they absolutely do. I called tonight as my WiFi is continually dropping and reconnecting. I called to inquire and was told that i needed to call back tomorrow to get help. I explained that i have something due in the morning- she was less than concerned. What type of ISP does not provide a 24 hour help desk support to troubleshoot. I will not be able to complete my work for the morning so you get a 0 Star.

Everywhere Wireless is awesome! Customer Service (Sanjin) is very polite and helpful. Fast speeds and low prices! I only wish they really were available EVERYWHERE!

We had our internet installed yesterday by Larney. He was prompt, courteous, and took time to talk through what to expect with us for our specific router. It was easily the best installation experience I've had in 12 years of living in Chicago. The speeds are exactly as promised and very reasonably priced.

There was some confusion about whether my apartment had been previously wired for their service, which required a tech to come out. The tech, Larney, was very friendly and helpful in rewiring my apartment and even helped troubleshoot my router not pulling the proper speeds. I received great, fast support and the service itself has been flawless.

Xavier was on time and did a great job communicating with us when to expect our installation. Very happy with our service.

Just got my Everywhere Wireless Service. Not only did they come at the time they said they would come. They (Larney & Matt) did connect me in such an efficient. More over, its extremely easy to get a hold of customer service/technician. The technician (Issac) was extremely patient and helped me through changing routers! I have never been on hold when trying to call them!

Switched from Comcast (THANK GOD). Was having some serious issues with internet with Comcast (paying for 75 Mbps, only getting about 12...quite frustrating). Since the switch to EW I've been getting pretty much exactly what I'm paying for (last speed test over wifi was around 420 Mbps out of the 500 I was paying for, I think I'll call that acceptable). Had a couple calls with them, they even called me back to double check if it was all kosher, and they've been much easier to deal with than the Comcast guys. For the Comcast people with the option to switch consider this: currently if you are using a Comcast modem/router you are actually paying for two wifi signals: (1) your wifi, and (2) the Comcast xfinity "public" wifi. Congratulations, you are participating in saving Comcast millions of dollars a year (they only brought in $8 billion in 2014) on electricity bills by paying for their service (which you aren't using, but other rando people might be).

Wonderful experience with Alex. He was punctual, nice and very patient. As far as the service what can I say..it's a rocket! I used to have At&t and I wasn't able to go passed 5mbps. Today I've seen my speed test at 100mbps. Insane! Definitely raccomended.

This technician name Xavier is very clever smart found reasons that unbelieve and unusual our building downstairs electrical box link connection has problems, he quickly found repaired, very grateful .

We love this company. The previous company raised the price too high and we finally decided to try Everywhere Wireless. I filled in the online form and soon was contacted via phone. The next morning Alex came to our home and did a superb job. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable, and amazingly kind. It has been about two weeks and the wifi has been stable and fast as expected.

John K @ EW Support Team solved my problem. My internet was broken when using my router, but worked slowly when my desktop was connected directly and bypassing the router. He assigned me a new IP address and all was well. Thanks John!
