The best part for me is the Kenwood House and estate. Unfortunatelly the park is usually very muddy.
A great place for a stroll, good walk, a run, or a cycle or just have a picnic there's a play area for young children, lakes and lots of wildlife.
I love that's it's hilly and very green, also love the sunbathing and the ponds area.
Gorgeous view over the whole city, plus you get the country side kind of feel in Central London
An Amazing park in such a lovely area. Feeling like a fairy tale!
Wonderful views of London's skyline from Hampstead Heath and lots of varied, natural paths and fields to discover!
Fantastic open space, yet lacking in basic exercise equipment. 800 acres and they couldn't find a place to put a pull up bar? That said, there are truly magnificent corners on this large and enjoyable park. Kenwood especially should not be missed.
Heaven on earth, great walks, swim in the pools, visit kenwood house
Great place to escape the city without leaving London. Fantastic walk and great views. Fresh air for those who just need a breather!
One of my favourite places in London :) highly recommend!
Wonderful outdoors spot in London. Can totally get absorbed by it.
My favourite park in London. It has everything: deep forest zone, large areas to rest/have a picnic, some nice hidden (or not so hidden) spots, ponds in which you can have a bath, a public lido... and Parliament Hill viewpoint, one of my favourite spots in London: the landscape at night is astonishing.
One of the nicest city "parks" I've been to. It's a perfect spot to go walk your pooches off leash, go run or even just to get away from the Hustle and Bustle.
Lovely natural area with a lot of interesting things to do
One of London's great green lungs - what a wonderful place for a walk, picnic and/or swim on a sunny day
Lovely large park for walks, and plenty of spots for picnics too.
Lots of green around, they have a pond where you can see ducks as well with their families. Very nice environment.
Great place to go and be around nature in a wilder state. Plenty of space for families, pets and sports.
Wonderful escape from the city, when it's not too crowded.
Nothing like a walk through the heath with a little Sunday cricket.
Beautiful, better to go there on a good day instead of a rainy one.
Great place for a leisurely walk with some fantastic views of London.
Massive green area with lots of activities. Nice water playground for younger kids.
Great if your rich, but bring a pack lunch if your poor.
An inspirational open space. Great ponds for swimmers and a lido. Cafe is good value.
Great park with decent toilet facilities and plenty of dog do do bins. Great for a dog walk.
What a beautiful place to visit. Walking the dogs or spending time with the family, plenty of space for all.
Super nice park. Very clean and well kept. A lot of open spaces and great for frisbee or football. There are plenty of places to explore as there are tons of trees and fields to walk around. There's also a really nice view of london.
Beautiful place, dog friendly, lakes for dogs to swim, clean, nice people and amazing atmosphere. Check the top of the hill to get a complete panorama view of London central.
If you want to forget that you are in London...visit Hampstead Heath...you can see beautiful panoramic views of London and then immerse yourself in the forest...
A massive beautiful park which I love. Beautiful views of London at the top of the hill. Lakes you can swim in. Is one for ladies and one for men and one for the dogs lol. Swim separately in these with own sex. Then you have the Lido which is lovely in the summer for everyone. But it s open in the morning all year round and summer time all day.
Beautiful children park with baby paddling pool . Here Adults must accompany children.
Love this place! Had a wonderful stroll this afternoon and reminded me of my childhood. I highly recommended a visit through this fabulous place!
Wide open space and beautiful cleanings for picnics
Perfect weather today, beautiful scenery and amazing sense of history. If you have never been then please make a trip. Parking can be problematic though.
Great day out ! You can easily spend a day here just wandering around and relaxing.
Always loads to do here, whether you come to occupy the kids during the summer holidays or you come to explore the history of the various parts. There's always helpful guides around who know far more than the audio guides. Lots of steps/cobbles so wear good shoes! Couple of different cafes and nice gardens.
Lovely and clean. Great views. Haven't visited the ponds yet. Feels like a little escape from London in London.
To escape from the city fuss and recharge one should go in Hampstead Heath. It s the most peaceful place in London. Walking there is like being in the countryside nothing is man-made, it s natural. I love it!
Very good for cross country running even through the forest but people need to clean after them self's nappys should be thrown in bins not under a tree tissues coffee cups apart from that it was a enjoyable experience.
Calm and a peaceful place. I would ve come more often if I was close to live here. Thanks to Francisco who introduced us this lovely place kindly.
Beautiful free space in North London. Fantastic scenery. Views from Parliament Hill. Lots of space for sports, dog walking or strolling. Cafes and playgrounds. Enough to keep you busy for a week. Dare you swim outdoors in the ponds or the lido? Busy in summer and winter.
Amazing place, bit of a problem with parking, but parking space could be found on nearest streets on Sunday.
A beautiful, wild forest in the middle of all busy and buzzy London. Perfect for all age groups, friends, families, dogs, for cycling, walking, playing on the grass, having a pic-nic or even seating on a bench to enjoy great views. A cafe-restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating, restroom facilities, playgrounds and lakes will satisfy every visitor. Don't miss Kenwood House if you're up for a cultural visit as well. Calming and relaxing, great for a quick break or a long day away from the city but still in its heart! Absolutely recommended
Nice big park, great playground for kods and a paddling pool too! Gets very crowded during school holidays
Gorgeous space in the middle of London. You can get lost and not feel like you are in the middle of the city!!
Put your wellies on when it's raining because it's muddy. The view is outstanding and the dogs have their fair share of exercises.
Honestly can there be a better or more iconic Park than this one?
Look... Let's be honest, everyone is breaking the social distancing rules, so you might as well open the public toilets...... please ?
Wonderful place for picnics and fun. Plenty of space. Cafes and toilets. Lake.
Beautiful big park. Lovely views over London and a really nice place to relax and spend a few hours in with family
Just so beautiful 364 days a year London is so lucky to have this
Plenty of people here, but the park is immense, so more than enough space for everyone. Locals say it was a single robery here in 20 years, pretty safe for the evening strolls as well.
My favourite part of the city. Away from the gray, into the green. Well managed and cared for but retains wildness. The ponds are great for swimming, and cheap. Take a picnic, have a little rest in the sun
Beautiful park with ponds and parrots. Lovely spot for a picnic or afternoon walk.
Beautiful uncontaminated forest, with cut grass spots as well and many fascinating areas to discover. I go usually running there and is always surprising. Perfect for a picnic,a coffee in the nature,a walk. Perfect to bring kids to play ( There are games areas as well). A Hampstead heath event is coming the beginning of July. But this park deserves to host many more events,or actually better to be left like it is,cause the man tends to ruin the nature around him. Glad to live just half mile away from the park and this is one of the reasons why I moved there.
During the weekend I was there with some of my best friends. We were discussing different important topics and of course, some silly and unusual ones. But it is so nice that after several long working days you can go and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and the endless beauty of the nature.
One of London's magic spots. There's something very special about this place and the surrounding neighbourhood.
Grew up nearby, walked my dog and played with my brothers here every week. This park will always hold a place in my heart.
Loved it. Great space to just relax and collect your thoughts. Family friends, leisure walks just ideal. Enjoyed my day
