Microsoft has gone down! This company, supposed to be one of the elites nowadays, is full of frauds who are not doing their jobs and wasting other people's time. "Microsoft email Security checks" says it all, you may have a valid Microsoft email and password but yet you can not login. What a shame ! wasted 15 minutes for absolutely nothing.

Parking can be hell to find even as a guest or vendor. A fair place to work, if you are young.

So far, horrible. First level tech support in Mexico was of no help to me here in the United States. Thanks Microsoft. I did an update on my Windows 7 machine and was subsequently infected by a virus on 12/23/2016. This came directly from using Windows Update. I routinely check for updates using Windows Update. Upon accessing the update screen I showed five updates available. Four were optional, one an Essentials security update. I choose to do security updates directly through Microsoft Essentials and decided to delay that one. Of the four optional updates, two were seen previously and definitely unnecessary to operating. The final two were listed as Intel updates, and I decided to download them and install. After doing the install, the system required rebooting, Malwarebytes detected an outgoing request and blocked it to to an unknown website. I immediately try to do a system restore, but the restore was unsuccessful. System resources then began having issues. Microsoft you better get to work or you'll become the McDonalds of technology.

Very nice, a big campus. Many visitors go to the Microsoft visitor center which has a Halo statue to take a picture at, a store, and a place where they reveal all their demos and stuff.

I work as a contractor in Microsoft. This is lifetime opportunity to work here. Nice techie environment and great place to work. I like the cafe part. I do not eat without halal/kosher food. It would be better if they serve this options for meat. Most attractive part of working at Microsoft is unlimited soft drinks, chocolate milk and other beverages. If you are visiting here do not for get to visit building 92, the visitor center.

Had a chance to visit this for job interview. The place looks amazing, just what you hope a tech company would like. The new HR building was a bit difficult to navigate to the interviewers.

Visited after hearing the rumors of the visitor center. Free. It seems like a tourist spot because you can buy original goods. You can look around if you have 30 minutes.

I really like Microsoft's good systems, but why do you need to destroy Windows Xp? Answer this question

MICROSOFT CORPORATION This company is impossible to contact. They have billed my visa account for an item that I have no knowledge of. I can't contact them because I don't have enough information about my account and they don't provide a telephone number. I don't even know which card they are billing because they don't give any more details other than VISA.Have reported the situation to the police and am awaiting their response.

Surprised at the lack of hate in the reviews. Skype is a huge disappointment. Years of being a paying customer and they found a way to cancel me out of my subscription plan. No one to help, no way to contact anyone. It's all just a mechanism to steal your money. Business in the 21st century, I guess. LOL - as if this review means anything...

I only gave this 1 star so I could post my issue with Billing. I received an automated email message that my subscription has expired and will automatically be renewed. I switched off the auto-renewal.....will they billed me anyway and drafted $74.89 from my checking account. I explained this in the Chat, received a confirmation reply that my refund would be issued...... as of 10/days NO REFUND.....so if you get a reply from CMMRC.WNST.WW.OO Subject: SRX1376548926ID......all it means is you are screwed! I want my money back in my checking account NOW! I purchased this product originally last year in good faith....but 2017, I don't need to renew it so give me my money back MICROSOFT!!! Whatever you do DON'T put any credit card info on your account.....

what a joke! try to reset my old account password and the only questions they ask for security are the only ones i cant answer ie, last card used ... i have never used any cards through my account so how can i answer or reset my password

Microsoft's buildings are designed modern with nice architectural lines and glass.

You people don't have humans to answer simple questions by phone, waste of time, now i will loose my email account.

It's great!...if you work there...I was just passing through, looked down on like scum. Just had a job to do and was greeted with open hostility. Sad, really. A bunch of Millennials with no manners or respect.

I've been a long time customer for 16 years and I spend hundreds of dollars a month, so to be treated like I'm just here to give them all my money wether or not I actually get a service or product in return was very hurtful.
