PZI Jeans

Nice Friendly staff. Very helpful with getting sizes I need and finding the perfect fit. Clean store. I'm a size 20 and I can fit their 18's. These jeans have "plenty" of stretch.

I went to PZI for their $20 Jean sale. There wasn't a large selection left in size 18, I guess my other thick Sisters beat me to them. LOL!! However, the staff was very friendly. I'll definitely return.

I enjoyed my first visit at pzi jeans! I usually don't like to shop or try clothes on while I'm there, however I did and I was pleased with the fit of the jeans. Who could pass up such a great deal!

I was really looking forward to trying out a pair of jeans that would actually fit me. I took my measurements multiple times and poured over all of the options PZI Jeans had and compared their selection with other common "curvy styled" jeans. I loved that they had many different styles and colors to choose from instead of the one or two colors that happen to be curvy fit that other brands have. I finally waited for a 40% off sale to give a pair a try (they are very pricier than I am used to), and I bought the Heather Black Boot Regular Inseam Size 10 jeans and waited with great anticipated for them to arrive. They arrived in good time and good shape, but when I tried them on, they fit terribly. The waist was smaller, as could be expected for "curvy fits," but the thigh and butt area were not wide enough, and they were entirely too long. I am 5' 7" and have never had to buy shorter than "regular" for my inseam. I was extremely disappointed. Beyond the fit being terrible, I also had to pay $15 shipping and handling to get the jeans delivered to me, and then an additional $10 to send them back (all non-refundable). Essentially, I paid $25 to try on a pair of jeans that did not fit their description accurately. I was extremely disappointed.

I used to love this company. I've purchased from them many times. But this time they wouldn't send my jeans unless I first emailed them a copy of my id (and they have no safe system for letting you do this - literally you are just supposed to email a copy to a person named Salena, there is no way to tell its not somebody fishing). I've never seen anything like it. If it's such a big deal, why not just insist on Paypal? Or tell you in advance they are going to send you this crazy request if you don't use PayPal? Or at least give you the option to pay for your order again via PayPal rather than compromising your cyber security? Completely unprofessional from start to finish, no reply to my email or apology just a computer generated refund email.
