This is the headquarters for an awesome online community for people that work with technology. They bring together all the individual techs and many vendors into an online forum where tech problems are solved. The community is great because there are so many knowledgeable techs and reps from vendors that are not pushy yet offer up their solutions and insight on how to use them. They also have funny live web videos, podcasts, news, how-to articles, and a whole host of related activities to keep techs engaged and helping others.

Spiceworks is the best Helpdesk software out there, mainly because they understand the IT position and pros that use the tools. This is their HQ.
